Drill Down in PDF

I recently came across an article that indicates that you can use the drill down function of Crystal when exporting to PDF. Unfortunately, the article does not give a whole lot of detail on how this would be done, and am wondering if it can actually be done using Crystal Reports. Iu2019m wondering if it can only be done using the third party software which the article refers to.

I have not found any reference in the SAP forums.

Thanks for the input, but that doesnt actually allow you to drill through to hidden sections of the report. It only provides bookmarks for visible Groups. Unless Im missing something.

Hi Dave,

Any section that is hidden/suppressed is not exported! And, crystal reports exported to PDF do not allow you to drill-down.

The solution that you're looking at is a third party solution and you would need to contact them for that.

While exporting to PDF check the option u201CCreate Bookmarks from Group treeu201D.
