BADI for update delivery header change in Shipment VT01n

VT01n -I am taking the external ID 2 field in the shipment header and with that reference going to the custom table to get the staging area and door. For this,I am writing it in the BADI_LE_SHIPMENT~at_save.I am able to get the change at the header level in the deliveries with the staging area and door but was not able to write it in the delivery header level.I am trying to use the BAPI to pass i.e., BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE.I want you to see whether it is the correct BAPI and I am doing it right.
