Activity Creation Date - Table

Hi PS Gurus

We are creating Project Structure in CJ20N

The following is hierechial structure

Project --> WBS ---> Network -

---

> Activity -

---

> Person assignment

I need to know , where Activity Creation date is stored

I have checked Table AFVC , AFVV , AFVU , but nowhere this info has been found

Hi please check in activity under administration tab. 

I doubt Activity has got Admin. Tab. Please activate change document for network header and try whether you can get the activity creation date as a change date for network header from the change document tables.
