Missing tabs for Purchasing activities in SRM Portal Navigation Frame

Dear Consultants,

In the Navigation frame of SRM Portal we are not able to find the Purchasing related tabs (SAP SRM 7.0). We are not able to find any tabs for eg - Create Shopping Cart, Create follow on doc.

We have assigned all the available roles to the user with which we are logging onto the portal. All the purchasing relevant roles are asigned to the user in the backend (SRM system).

But I think some purchasing roles which should have been available in portal user are missing. Can you tell me what roles (specific to purchasing) should also be available in portal. Do we need to load any Business Package for getting the missing roles. Or can there be any other issues with the Navigation Frame ?

Any inputs from your side on the issue will be invaluable. Looking fwd to get some feedback.

Attached file available in note 1261825 shows correct roles to be assigned in both SAP_GUI and portal sides.

Can you please elaborate, where do I check / assign the roles that you have mentioned.

These roles are not available when I check the User Admin - > Roles, I am not able to see the roles that you have mentioned in the thread.

Is this a case of missing roles in Portal ? then How do I get the roles imported from SRM Backend.

Hi

Mentioned roles are Portal specific, hope you are on SRM 7.0 version. Check the roles in portal under user administration tab.

In order to check this tab you need to have portal admin role, otherwise ask your portal consultant to help.

You can assign the specified roles in Portal in modification mode. Mentioned roles are standard SRM NW portal roles and you can search and add those roles to the user.
