Error Acct. assgt. category 3 not defined (please check your input)

Hello all I'm trying to create BAPI_PO_CREATE and getting error " Acct. assgt. category 3 not defined (please check your input) ".

What is this Account assignment category concept in SAP ? What input value should i change ?

Please make sure that you have defined your custom account assignment categories in Tcode OME9.

Now its giving error message 'Combination item category /account assignment category 3 not defined'

You must have settings maintained in OMG0 for the combination of your account assignment category and item category.

Its giving the value entered in PO_ITEM_ACCOUNT_ASSIGNMENT field doesn't exist ? What is this about ? How do I check existing values for ACCOUNT_ASSIGNMENT

I have created a G/L account with my value and its passed. Now its giving message

"Create account 510060 for 25.01.2012 as a cost element in controlling area 0001"

Should I create anything here ?

1 - Third Party

P - Projects

K u2013 Cost Center

A - Asset

C - Sales order

U - Unknown etc
