CRM 7.0 Caller identification via CTI

Hi experts,

In my tests inbound call, I receive attach data from Inin. In debug,

I see that the XML file transfers a Partner guid to SAP. However, the call identifier is not displayed before accepting the call. When the XML file has no data, research ANI works very well.
