SAP Labour relations infotype

Hi

Can someone tell me what is the prerequisites to be able to run the Labour relations case file (Adobe file). e.g. what services has to be installed.

It will be of great help if someone can tell me where I can find an implementation guide of some sort for the SAP labour relations infotype 3202.
