okb9 to CC will over ride profit center in MTL master ?

Hello experts

I currently have the ingredient with profit center in their material master.

I have Purchase account, activated

the Purchase entries curently post on the profit center of the material master (purchase account, conta purchase accoutn P&L )

if I add an entry in the OKB9, asking for the Purchase account, and contra purchase account (P&L), to go to a cost center, will this over ride?
