Equal Positive & negative stock in 922 storage type

Hello,

I have a situation as below,

I have set up automatic TO creation and confirmation for movement type "321= posting change Quality".

922 is the standard storage type used for posting change area.

Now, the problem is. I am taking "Usage decision" for "inspection lot" via QA32 which in turns create TO automatically as per setting for PCN. The material is getting changed from "Q" to "unrestricted" in destination bin (TO is confirmed and no other PCN is open), but in 922 still positive and negative quanity (same ) exist. I did the analysis and found out that this is happening becuase its generating 2-different quant. One is positive and anothe is negative, and this quants get on accumulating for next PCNs.

Could anybody tell me why this is happening and I want to get rid of this "+" & "-" quants( not through LT01), but by standard settings or anything like that?
