Adding new field for Shipment cost pricing

HI Friends,

I want to add payment terms as a field in Shipment cost pricing field catalog.

I understand enhancement V54B0001 with 2 user exits are to be used for this requirement.

I used EXIT_SAPLV54B_002 with INCLUDE ZXV54U03 and assigned break point.

But in VI01 , the system just doesnt stop at break point.

Kindly advise.
