Hi Gurus,
I need help for the below situation related to maintenance packages:
Our client has maintained some standard strategies (e.g. for Monthly, weekly etc.) and whenever a new strategy has to be created, the same is done by copying it from the standard strategy.
During analysis it was found that in one of the standard strategy, a package (e.g. 11 Monthly) which should be having a hierarchy of 11 has been wrongly maintained with the hierarchy of 33.
Now since many new strategies would have been copied from the standard one, this wrong hierarchy for 11 monthly package has got copied to the new strategies as well also and this may have led to wrong orders being called in the production system.
In order to rectify this, my client wants to know which maintenance plans have been affected by this error i.e. he wants to know which maintenance plans have task lists with operations linked to 11 monthly package so that the future calls can be corrected for the affected maintenance plans.
I need you help to understand is there any way to find out to how many maintenance plans are using a particular package so that we can resolve this issue...
Thanks & regards
