ECCS- Balance Carry forward data not seen in the Info Source

Hi All

Can any one of let me know, as what could be the reason that the SAP-R/3 "ECC'S" data source 3EC_CS_1A are not picking the balance c/f values.

Infosource = "0EC_CS_1".

R/3 field = "ECMCT-KSLVT"

Our client Fiscal variant is V3 and Fiscal period start from April-March, due to month end reporting my issue is critical, will appreciate if I can get some clues asap.
