GR issue

Hi Guru,

i did a GR for 30 items each is 1$, but in amount LC is taken 23.45$, it should take 30$, hence i reversed it once again but its taken once again different amount,

I checked the PO for Item changes, but no changes has been made,

Could you please tell what is the root cause,

and how should i overcome this issue,
