Internal Billing between 2 Division under a Plant

Hi,

In our scenario, we have got a building under which there type of activities are performed; say Cards Printing, Form Printing, and Statement Printing. All these three were called divisions like CP, FP, SP traditionally. These three are basically three different SBUs as per the business policy.

Based on the Building, in SAP, we defined one Plant 1001 & and defined three storage locations SL01, SL02, SL03 for the divisions CP , FP, SP along with one common storage location SL00. Also we defined three separate divisions DIV1, DIV2, DIV2 based on which are segregating the Sales Order for each SBU.

We have been using the System since last 2 years and we came across the following issues now.

The scenario/ requirement is:

One SBU has started working for other SBU and started billing internally.

For example, CP division receives a sales order of 1000 Cards.

If CP has not the capacity to print 1000 cards, it will ask SP Division to print the cards. SP prints the cards and delivers the Card to CP. Also SP Bills to CP for 1000 cards.

CP receives the material, and finally delivers the material to end customer and bill to end customer.

Please guide how to handle the scenarios in SAP.

Note: I have posted the same Issue earlier also but could not able to get the solution.

Regards,

PK
