SAP Easy DMS user cannot subscribe to a Document.

Hello Guru,

we have a user using SAP Easy DMS, she cannot subscribe to any document number having an error "Error while subscribing-.No recipient could be determined".

In Easy DMS, user choose a document number, then right click choose "Subscribe to Document" then a pop up box (choose the subscription list you want to subscribe using X!" display then choose "Status Change" and "New Version Created". when clicking OK button the error show "Error while subscribing-.No recipient could be determined".

Please help us on how to fix this. thank you.
