Dear SD Consultants,

Is it possible to allow the sales employees to sell only specific quantity from the available stock so that if they exceeded this specific quantity the system don`t allow them to confirm these quantities.

In continuation to JP's suggestion, if you are going with consignment fillup process, the client / sales employee should know the end customer without which, it is not possible. May be you can go with Product Allocation functionallity which has also been already suggested. For this, you have to check with your PP guys.

I have checked the product allocation functionality and what i understood is that I determine for each customer a specific quantity

but what I need to know is it possible to determine for each sales employee a specific quantity , according to what I understood is that the criteria i use for planning are stored in an info structure so is it possible to create a new info structure and use the sales employee as a criteria for planning instead of the customer.

You can also explore the Product Allocation functionality. However I never used this hence not sure how it will work. For implementation of this feature please refer bellow url.

You can use business scenario similar to consignment business process for this requirement.

could you please clarify which consignment scenario i should use so that I can specify for each sales employee specific quantity from each material in the stock and if they exceeded the specified amount the system don`t confirm the exceeded amount

You can use credit managenment for this.

Consignement Fill-up	- Assigning Stock to Sales Employee
Consignement Issue	- When sales employee sales the goods
	So, employee will be able to sell goods assigned during Fill-up
Consignement Pickup	- If the sales employee fails to sell the goods
Consignement Return	- If damage or defective material are return by customer
