Not able to delete errored Service Confirmations

Hello ,

We have scenario where in users are not able to delete errored Service Confirmations from CRMD_ORDER.

The Confirmation is not replicated to ECC ,but we are still not able to delete it . We would like to do it throug CRMD_ORDER->BusinessTransaction->delete option only . Can anyone point what might have gone wrong here.
