Hierarchy display in the Report

Hi All Experts,

Please help me to complete this UNSPSC hierarchy. I am having this issue since last one month and still could not be able to resolve.

I have uploaded the hierarchy using this link: Hierarchy Upload from Flat files

Now I want to show the hierarchy in the report. For this I made a query keeping ZUSNP_SE (z info object for segment where the hierarchy has been created) in the rows and in the properties of this i have checked the option "active hierarchy".

Questions:

1) I am not getting the hierarchy in the report while i am just getting some records under the heading of "Not Assigned UNSPSC Segments". Why is it so?

2) I tried to execute the report using RSRT tcode but it is not executing. Why?

3) In the transformation between the cube and my flat file data source, I have linked UNSPSC to my z info object ZUNSP_SE. Is this right connection?
