Date Rule & Date Profile for Optimization rule on Action Start condtions

Dear Experts

I have a requirement to configure Optimization Rule in action start condtions to optimize the schedule job program RSPPFPROCESS.

Our requirment is to change the Lead status when the campaign is closed or finished. For this we have created actions on lead transaction and these actions will be processed in scheduled job RSPPFPROCESS. The scheduled job is running for long time and it is failing because of huge amount of action records in table PPFTTRIGG. We have raised OSS message to SAP to provide solution and they have come back ask us to use optimization rule, i need a help in creating these date rules to bring the campaign dates or any other lead dates into the date profile and these date rules can be used on start condtionis.

Can any one give me the configuration steps and the XML code to bring the lead dates into the date rules. It will great help and full points will be given
