Failure to download SSM components from SWDC

Hello,

I'm following note 1674578 and trying to download

Support Packages and Patches -> A - Z Index -> S -> SAP STRATEGY MANAGEMENT -> SAP STRATEGY MGMT. 10.0 -> Comprised Software Component Versions -> SBC BUI NW ADAPTER 3.0 -> POASBCBUINW05_0-20007955.SCA

However when I click on link I don't get a file to save, like on other stuff in SWDC, and if I add this to download basket, it does not ever appear in it (I've waited 2 days).

Are there some restrictions?

Is it just for me?
