Deletion of Deadline Messages

Hi All,

Please explain how to delete a large no of deadline messages from SAP Inbox.

    Hello Neha,,

    You can use a BADI to filter/Delete the workitems in the SBWP.

    Hi Neha,

    If you archive your workflow runtime data then this will remove deadline work items from completed workflows. Please see transaction SARA and object WORKITEM. See note 573656 for details.

    • Hi Neha,

      I am a bit confused. Did you delete the IDOC's or the work items related to the IDOC's?

      SWIA will only show work items and not IDOC's. It does not matter if the work item has an agent of not it will appear in SWIA as long as you are using the correct selection criteria.
