How to block the system while production punch

Hi,

while mb31 when i am punching the production against the production order needs to enter the valve serial no.

But serial no is in series of 9-000.

so i need the system like system not allow me to enter valve serial no except starting from 9-000 for our plant.

Right now system taking alphabetical numerical or other type in serial no as well.

I need so restriction like serial no is in numeric form and of 7 digit only.
