Absence Quota deduction for Security Employees-150%

Dear Team,

My client is saudi client. we having only one Es grouping "2" and PS gouping "01" in Time menegement.

we have Annual leave 30 days for all Employees. we having security shift-DWS-12 hrs per day and 4 days working per week. where as other General shift employees have 5 days worikng and DWS-8hrs working per day.

Our Requirement is For Security Shift Employees-if they take leave/ absence-1.5 days of Quota to be deducted from their Annual Leave Quota.

So we have configured differennt Counting Class 2 for PWS and created Counting rule with different Sequential no- and in Absence Quota % we vave given 150% and in Entitlement Field we have give 071 deduction rule no.Then also for security shift Employees ,if they take leave only one day is deducted from their Quota, but we want this to be deducted 150%.

Whether we need to create seperate deduction rule for each counting rulle with different sequential no?.

please guide me.

Kindly do the below standard sap config steps for your issue.

No need of any rules or pcr we can configure your senerio in the following way.

V_T554S u2013 Define Absence Type - Annual Leave one day, Annual Leave 1.5 Day(maintain two types of absence)

V_554S_O - Determine Entry Screen and Time Constraint Class(maintain two types)

V_T551C u2013 Define Counting Class for PWS

T556C - (maintain two types) one with 150% and other with 100% at counting tab

V_554S_Q - Assign Counting Rule to Absence Type (maintain two types)

V_T556A - Define Absence Quota type - (maintain two types)

V_556A_B - Permit Generation of Quota in TE

V_T559E - Set Base Entitelement - Maintain only one type of absence and give entitelement 30days

V_T559D - Determine Validity and Ded Period- only one absence type

V_T559D - Determine Validity and Ded Period - only one absence type

*****V_556R_B u2013 Define ded Rule for Absence and Attendance - only one absence type - click on display and under absence quotatype column choose your two absence type.

Assign Ded Rule to Counting Rule choose your two absence type and click on display and under Ded rul tab at bottom give within entitelement as same number to both.

V_554S_G u2013 Group absence for absence Valuation - Assign above table to absence type

V_T554E u2013 Define Counting Class - Create two type of absence

V_T554C - Choose your absence type and click on display icon and under From Counting Class select your two types of absence through F4 and give percentate as 150 and 100 accordingly.

Run pt_qta00,check absence in IT2006 and test your absence in IT 2001

Hi,

Is they (Security employees) treated as Employee sub group? then possible grouping for Time Quotas differently. In other case we need to check your business mapping.
