you can get the format from the Business, if not SAP has provided a stanard format use that and get it approved from the business and start using this

SAP do not provide provision for PR print, you need to develop the printing option of PR with abaper,

Hi Neha,

U can use the print / list output in views (just before the layout button in ME53N/ME52N) in the purchase requisition to accomplish the task.

Since it is an internal document the format will be different.
