we are trying to map the repair scenario for the customer. Apart from the standard scenario here we have to do something different As against a complaint they will be taking back the material as customer return based on the warranty. Now they want to repair the material and record the components they are replacing as damage.Once they clear the process they will be changing the serial number to new one like they are treating it as fresh material and keeping in to stock.
