Acceptance flag not shown in ML81N SES

Hi all,

I am having problem is SES which is as follows.

We created a service order and against that 10 partial deliveries were made and also SES was created for them.Now we are going to enter the final entry but the release(acceptance )flag is not shown in ML81N.This is the case for my user.But if i am checking the same entry sheet in my ID the release flag is appearing.

Plz suggest me if there is any authorization issue exists with this problem.Also we are not using any release strategies for SES release.
