Chnaging description for radio buttons in MANAGE SUBSTITUTION RULES

Hi all,

We are using UWL for SRM 7.1.

The issue we are facing is we want to change the description of the radio buttons "RECEIVE MY TASKS" and "FILL IN FOR ME" which appear after clicking on the link "MANAGE SUBSTITUTION RULES".

Can anyone advise how this can be achieved?
