Filters Parameter for Planning Function not avaliable for SAP Netweaver 7.3

Hi we have SAP Netweaver 7.3, i try to create a planing model using the rsplan, but when want to create a Planning Filter the system display me a message:

"This function is currently not available Message no. RSPLW053",

the filters are necesary for the planning Secuence, so the planning secuence doesnt work,

any idea of what happend with the Planning Filter in ths version or you have a manual for planning models for SAP Netweaver 7.3?
