Here is the situation:
Standard Sales Order.
The ordering quantity is 1000 MK. Entire order qty is confirmed. Allocation LIS has Alt Unit of measure = KCS. Conversion between MK and KCS maintained in materials master of the line item (10 MK = 1 KCS).
When I go to product availability check screen and click on the product allocations button, the product allocation popup screen displays 1000 KCS. Typically SAP should convert the order qty of 1000 MK into KCS and show Confirmed qty = 100 KCS. But that is not happening here.
LIS is set up correctly with incoming order qty in Alt UoM (KCS). Base UoM of material = MK
Has anyone else faced such a situation, please?
