SAP GRC10 - Email Notification Issue

Hello All,

SAP GRC V10 SP07

We have configure UAM Email with below mentioned notifications setting u2013

@ MSMP ---> Process global setting , we have maintain following notifications

Notification Event Template Id Recipient ID

======================================================================

END_OF_REQUEST GRAC_AR_CLOSE GRAC_USER

REQUEST_SUBMISSION GRAC_AR_SUBMIT GRAC_USER

Notification Setting @ Stage level

Notification Event Template Id Recipient ID

=========================================================================

APPROVED GRAC_AR_APPROVED GRAC_USER

NEW_WORK_ITEM GRAC_AR_APP_BY_EMAIL GRAC_MANAGER_NOTIFICATION

but still user is not getting any mails(Closing , Submission, Request Approved etc) , But other approver like manager , Role owneru2019s or other approver are getting mails.

Please help meu2026u2026

Hello,

Check for a similar issue.

Make sure that other types of e-mails get the user inbox. For example you can send a spool to test it.
