Process Dim's checked "Take system Offline automatically"

Dear All,

When I process a dimension I found two check boxes. I is do usally uncheck Take system offline and slect "process members from member sheet.

1. My question is after processing again When I go back and press process Dimenion, Its shows that automatically Uncheck Process Members from Member sheet and Select Take system offline.

2. When I try to get the excel Refesh Its showing "Error while retrive the data" No vales are comming.

Plase advise me..
