Hi,

Pls signify the Employment status

0 - Withdrawn

1 - Inactive

2 - Retiree

3 - Active

and when which is to be used. What is the significance of each?

Hi,

0 - Withdrawn-when you run separation action you change status to 0,so that system knows the employee no longer exists

1 - Inactive-In case of employees who have gone on long leave(sabbatical etc)

2 - Retiree-In case of retirement of employee

3 - Active-Live/Active employee

The status are configured in table T529A.
