Cannot use live office to get the universe data

HI

At The Dashboard Design , I want to use the universe data as data source by Life office . I can connect the server , can see the universe , also can add the dimension and measure to the query pane . But I get the error message "An error occurred when refreshing[eFashion document ] " after click the finish button .

Anybody know why ??

Hi Emily,

Could you provide more information on this issue like:

- Xcelsius version?

- Live Office version?

- Is this the complete error message or there is also an error code to it?

Also, kindly check if you have enabled the "Live Office Compatability" mode in Xcelsius (File>Preferences>Excel Options).
