Hey I got 10 points back in October then they were removed 4 times in January. How is that possible?
Do contact the SDN team via mail, they sure will help you.

What address for e-mail? nothing on your biz card.
I'm not really that concerned about the points but I am concerned that there is a way that someone can take away more points than were given.
It does annoy me that once given they would/could be taken away months later.
Because points were allowed to be taken away I actually have less points than were originally granted.

Hi John,
If I read this correctly, there were duplicate removals done for two forums which resulted in a total of 40 points being deducted instead of just 20. Would the correction you need then to be to add back 20 points to your total of 22 that are currently showing?
I believe this was done by accident when a large scale adjustment was being made to correct a previously encountered large scale problem (as Craig mentioned, these happen from time to time).
Best
David

That is a strange one, he should have a minimum of 26 "initial points" which he got for each post made before pointing was implemented.

So that's now 26 + 12 = 38 then for this question he got 2 then it was changed to 6 so 38 + 6 = 44

Now the wierd stuff starts, in this question he was assigned possibly for 2 replies 2 points plus 6 points but he also had 40 points removed.
Of which he was originally rewarded 10 points for solving this question. So if the 10 was removed intenionally then 1 of the 4 -10's is correct.

So if the 2 and 6 are correct he should have 44 + 2 + 6 + 10 = 62 and the 1 -10 is accurate and the question "solved reward" was removed then it's 62 - 10 = 52
So it should be 30 points back to his total of 22 or simply remove the 3 of the -10 entries should equal right in the end. An additional 10 points if the 10 point solved answer is accurate and was not removed.
Like I said I really don't care about the points. Just want to make sure this isn't happening to others and that someone can not revoke more points than were given.
Also would seem appropriate that there be some time limit to revoke points given. I can see that someone might screw up and want to reassign points but at some time, maybe a day or so, I don't think you should still be able to revoke.
Give everyone a beer and 300 points just for looking at this issue.
Thanks
