Calling Tcode through web UI link

Hi Experts,

I need to create a custom Transaction code in SAP CRM and want to call it through web ui Link ( i.e. when IC agent click on link it should open that Tcode ). I don't want to use the transaction Launcher so how i may do this requirement please guide.

Thanks for your reply but as this transaction code i am crating in CRM and looking for some other methods rather than transaction launcher so that i may attach my Tcode in work area of IC or direct link group . Can we do it through configuration i.e. SPRO ??
