operating time error in work center

while creating production order, i am getting the below error

"No working/operating time maintained in work center for scheduling"

Hi,

For that work center in CR02 go to scheduling tab assign the capacity category and select the capacity category header.In the capacity header screen maintain the start time and the finish times , capacity utilization and no. of individual capacities.Once you do this the operating time will show up in that screen and now try creating production order.

Hi,

Check following thing,

1.Check whether you have maintained time in capacity tab.

2.Check scheduling tab formulas.

3.Check in control key whether scheduling has been activated.

The error shows below message

C7014 - No working/operating time maintained in work center for scheduling - C7 014

No operating time has been defined for the work center specified in the operation.

System Response

Scheduling is carried out on the basis of an operating time from 00:00 hours to 24:00 hours.

Procedure

Maintain the operating time in the work center.

So maintain correct time in capacity tab

Tried all the specified solutions, but still the error is coming

Hi nandi,

Check if Schduling parameter has been maintained in work center. Check all the work centers.

Then check the control key in routing. Check the same for all operations.

Please check the have u maintained Standard Value Key and check did u maintained set up time labor time machine time etc

in routing and check the compound allocation with material maintained

Check in OPU3 & OPU5 enable capacity requirements and scheduling

Hello,

Check in OPU5,whether the check box for scheduling with breaks is included.

Maintain correct timings in capacity tab in work center.

Check the capacity category specified in work center.

Check the control key whether Scheduling is having tick mark.
