Absence quotas

Hi,

If an employee applies for more than 3 days casual leave, the remaining days have to be deducted from Privilege Quota. Can you please guide me how can we achieve this.

As expert said as its not possible with PCR and have to go for userexit then you may go for that or else wait for expert response.

Hi,

You have to create two different leave types and employee has to apply.

Becasue for this scenario you cannot write PCR as PCR will check when you run Time Eval only and by that time your leave has been applied in IT 2001.

You can stop the maximum days in T554S as max duration as 3 days.

Or else write an exite so that when employee is applying more than 3 days it will automatically should deduct from {PL quota.

Can you clarify sld sys automatically take PL if employee takes CL for morethan3 days, is it at a time morethan three days or in overall his leave quota its more than three days.

Please be specific and i hope if that is the case i think you have to go for PCR.

Either you may go manually where in table v_t554s give mix duration eligible 3 remaning take from PL quota simpl
