HI
The client has an Exempt employee who is working part time ( 60%) and works only three days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. This Monday was holiday for the MLK. When payroll was processed, the employee did not get paid for the holiday. Employee should get paid 60% for the company holiday on Monday ( ML King day). Any thoght how this can be rectified?
