BO Reports on Oracle Database - Agile Methodology

Team,

We are developing BO Reports (Crystal Reports & Webi, Dashboards) on Oracle Database via Universe. We have almost 600 reports to develop. We are planning to do in Agile methodolgies. I am new to Agile BI. Can any one please walk through the process and when what team we need to involve on this Agile processs for developing the BO reports. Thanks in adavance for your help.
