Incoming Payment

Hello All,

I am using SAP 8.81 PL09. Starting today i am getting this error...

"No matching record found (INV1) (ODBC-2028) [Message 131-183]. This particular invoice which i trying to put payment through

does not have any item but only have freight charges. I am able to pay other invoices which has items on it. This is the first time happen.

Can you help me on this

Hi,

The issue mentioned by you is similar to the Note No. : 1620827.

Kindly check the same which mentions that the issue is fixed in 8.81 PL10.

As a workaround :

Check by creating a Payment on Account and manually reconcile the Invoice with a payment using the functionality under: Business Partner -> Internal Reconciliation -> Reconciliation
