Missing sapj2eeclient.jar?

We can no longer start Integration Repository in XI3.0. We get this error message:

Unable to load resource:

http://ourhost:port/rep/repository/sapj2eeclient.jar

I have tried to redeploy SAPJ2EECLIENT.SDA but that did not help.

This is the case both in SP10 and SP11! Any tips?
