Getting blank entries in IT585,586

HI all,

I am not getting any default entries in my IT585,586 screen in pa30.Usually what happens foe indian payroll is that section 80c deduction or 80 deduction options are coming in default inside IT screen.But its coming blank.In spro all the entries are there.For example---NSC issue VIII,PPF etc.....Please help.....

Hello

Check the Payroll Control Record. This should be in the current financial year and then only it will populate the details.

Its all ok.i checked.i have run simulation payroll run also.but not able to include 80c duduction because of this issue

what is your Support pack level,check with basis also check whether your UGR & MOL settings are proper in SU3.

Its ECC6.0.UGR and MOL are 40.Its coming in 4.7c

is this an upgrade project for you from 4.7 to ecc 6,the current SPK Level in ecc 6 version is 73,what is your SPK Level kindly ask your Basis consultant.
