Getting blank entries in IT585,586

HI all,

I am not getting any default entries in my IT585,586 screen in pa30.Usually what happens foe indian payroll is that section 80c deduction or 80 deduction options are coming in default inside IT screen.But its coming blank.In spro all the entries are there.For example---NSC issue VIII,PPF etc.....Please help.....
