Query on Employee Subgroup Grouping for Time Quotas

I am trying to configure the Absence Quotas. I am struck in the step u201CEmployee Subgroup Grouping (ESG) for Time Quotasu201D. In my project, there are three absence types Casual Leave (CL), Sick Leave (SL) and Privilege Leave (PL). There are 6 combinations of employee group & employee subgroup. Following is the applicability of the absence types for these groups.

CL SL PL

ESG group-1 Yes yes yes

ESG group-2 yes no yes

ESG group-3 no no yes

ESG group-4 no yes no

ESG group-5 yes no no

ESG group-6 no no no

I would like to understand how to do the settings in the above scenario. Kindly help me.

Hi,

Take 3 ESG for time Quota groupings and where ever you said no Quota then don't create Absence Quota type for those groupings. Then it was easy to flexible to support in future.
