EH&S Incident/Accident Log - "More Accident Data" tab

Hello Experts,

When creating a new incident/accident record, the tab for "more accident data" is showing as a blank page (all grey). There are edit function buttons at the bottom but there is no text box to enter data. I am sure I am missing something in config, but I cannot find the missing link. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Joe,

The screen are totally empty because you don't have any characteristic maintained for this class.

Please check in SPRO wich class are responsible for this tab and add some characteristic to this class.

Each characteristic will represent a field on tab screen.

Hi Joseph,

The reason for missing text box could be:

1. You have not defined the Characteristic properly (Value Assignment)

2. You have not performed the Matching up of Characteristics

You can find out the Characteristic name by clicking on F1 and then go to CT04, and check if the Characteristic is Phrase-enabled? If yes, then maintain Phrases

Also, after the first step, go to CGCZ and performing the Match-up of Characteristics so that they will be updated for usage in the transactions.
