We have a multiple employment environment, so employees can have multiple employee numbers. We have an issue where an employee was hired with a dummy SIN because the number was not known at the time of hiring. Now, we can no longer link the employee's existing PERNR with the new PERNR.

I believe the root cause of the issue is because this employee is assigned two central person (CP) numbers in HRP1001. In multiple employment scenario, all PERNRs should reference the same CP. So the question is, how do I delete the reference to the incorrect CP, and re-create the relationship to the correct CP. I have tried using RHRHDL00 to delete the relationship. This works, and allows the employee number to be linked, but when reviewing HRP1001, the new CP->P and P_>CP relationships do not have a BEGDA.
Has anyone ever done this? How can I recreate the appropriate P->CP and CP->P relationships?
