    Hi,

Opening balance cannot be DTWed directly. You may use Journal Entry to upload the same amount. However, those JE will be treated as normal manual JE with object type 30 instead of -2 for opening balance.

    Thanks,

    Gordon

    Hello Friend,

I have done some work around may it will help you.
This process will save your atleast 7 days with data accuracy.

    Step: - 1
Make a user defined table (UDT) in SAP with two columns Code (Party
Code, Ledger Code and Item Code and it will be unique) and Balance.
Client Always prepare excel sheet for ledger balance, item stock and
    party ledger.
Now we can import this excel sheet in UDT by DTW.
    Step:-2

    Now make two FMS

    FMS 1:-
    For Party Balance:-
Select Balance from @BalanceTable where Code = (Select $[$3.1])
    For Ledger Balance:-
Select Balance from @BalanceTable where Code = (Select $[$3.1])
    FMS 2:-
    For Item Stock
Select Balance from @BalanceTable where Code = (Select $[$3.1])

    Step 3:-
Now set this FMS in Opening balance windows in balance column and
    referesh on due date.
    Step is finishedu2026

Now when user will open OPening balance windows it will fill automatically By FMS.

*Always make sure that delete all records form UDT after one it run.*

    Thanks
