Dear SAP Experts,
One of the user in the client side has the following issue in SAP.
She has not allocated any budget for a Fund Center and Commitment Item. In the FMRA report output , we have 3 columns (Overall Budget, Released, Cmmts/Actual). The overall budget column and the released budget column in ZERO, but the Cmmts/Actual shows some value .
So I assumed that the budget has not yet been allocated by the user , but it is been used by other users for posting PO and other documents without budget release.And there is no control over the budget.
The budget for a Fund Center and a Commitment Item is allocated through FR50.
Please provide a solution to have control over the budget , so that the users will not be able to raise PO for a fund center or commitment item for which no budget has been allocated.
