Use strategy 40 which will support both MTS and MTO scenario

Dear

Please change the strategy in material master 10 11 40 make to stock for make to order 20

and availability check 01 and 02 use 40 strategy it behaves both make to stock and make to order

with 40 strategy to run MTS use 01 availability check to Run MTO use 02 availability check
