GRC 10 Upgrade: Migration Process Time Consumption???

Hi All.

I am about to start the process of GRC 10.0 Upgrade. In this process, I need to estimate the time required by the actual Application Data Migration Process?

I have experience on installing the SAP NW 7.3 system and I know how much time it would consume. However, I and not sure how much time it would take for actual data migration process. This will be for only one system.

Please share your experience on this. I am referrring to SAP documentation AC10_Migration_SP05 from market place.
