Error BBP_PD :537 while replicating the SUS PO to SRM

HI Experts,

We are having a R/3 to SRM scenario of the SUS PO trasfer. While trasferring the PO to the SRM system as a xml message we are getting the following error.

An error occured within an XI interface: Exception occured: BBP_PD:537 : Name fileds of partner/address must be filled. check your entries.

on analysis we found that there is mismatch between the company code name in R/3 and SRM system business partner . so we deleted the company code Business partner from the SRM system and replicaetd it again.

On the processing of the POs for same company code we are getting still the same error.

Requesting you to please let me know if there are any othre thing i need to check in order to resolve this issue.

niraj,

check the addresses for the the partners in the PO(header and line item). check if any of the address is missing the name

Hi Niraj,

I had encountered similar problem. That time I had transferred  ECC company codes to SUS using tcode BBP_SUS_BP_ADM.

Basically mine was not XI issue. But transferring company code might solve your issue.

Hi,

We have already replicated the company code into the system but still we are getting this error. is there is any way we can check the consistency of compnay code in the SRM system.

Not sure about your version.

Check whether below OSS note helps:

784386 - SRM-SUS: Error E:BBP_PD:537. Order is not created.
